OUR SERVICES

To create an extraordinary & memorable experience, no detail goes unnoticed: from lighting and table linens to flowers and flavors.

1	PLANNING	We have personalized monthly consultations to plan the wedding and discuss the details, logistics, etc. We visit the ceremony and reception venues to organize the layout and flow. We also create a wedding day timeline, floor plan, and seating chart.
2	VENDOR COORDINATION	We provide the list of reliable vendors according to your style and budget, negotiate contracts and confirm delivery dates, times and location. We greet and supervise the vendors on the day of wedding, oversee the setup and distribute final payments.
3	CEREMONY DESIGN	We assist you in conceptualizing your overall event design: color scheme, ceremony decor including the site and floral designs. Our team take care of booking florists, rentals. On the day, we coordinate and help set up the reception venue.
4	EVENT REHEARSAL	We manage a one-hour ceremony rehearsal coordination: first, your planner reviews the ceremony order with you, and orchestrates the practice of the major ceremony events with(or without) your officiant.
5	WEDDING COVERAGE	Your planner manages the day of wedding on site for up to 10 hours to assist in placement of wedding decor, arrange party entrances, maintain the timing and flow of the ceremony. We help with the photo and video coverage before and after the ceremony. We also collect all post-wedding accessories.
